DELIVERY TERMS 

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within the same 1 business day after receiving bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address, the cargo company will deliver your order within 1-3 days. 

Delivery times of special manufactured products vary according to the manufacturing time. For delivery information of such products, you can contact us from our WhatsApp Support Line. 

If there is a failure caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on holidays and feast (Eid) days. 

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you with the guarantee of DHL Cargo, which is the cargo company we have contracted with.
