Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Bursa İpek officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by Bursa İpek, customizing the products and services offered by Bursa İpek based on your taste, usage habits and needs and recommending them to you, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Bursa İpek and those who have a business relationship with Bursa İpek, determining and implementing Bursa İpek's commercial and business strategies.
- Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is obtained through all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic means in order to provide the products and services we offer as Bursa İpek in line with the above-mentioned purposes, within the determined legal framework, and in this context, and for Bursa İpek to fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities. Your personal data collected for this legal basis may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.
- Rights of the Personal Data Subject
Based on Article 11 of PDPL, you have right to;
(i) learn whether personal data are processed or not, (ii) request information if his/her personal data are processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for the intended purpose, (iv) learn the third parties domestic or abroad to whom personal dataare transferred, (v) to request rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, (vi) to request the erasure or destruction of personal data, (vii) request the notification of the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in line with the subparagraph (d) and (e) (vii) object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, (viii) demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Bursa İpek by using the methods set out below in this Personal Data Processing Privacy Notice, Bursa İpek will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee that is determined in the tariff will be charged by Bursa İpek.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the PDPL, you may forward your request to Bursa İpek in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any methods at this stage, you must submit your application to Bursa İpek in writing in accordance with the PDPL. In this context, you may send your request to Bursa İpek for the Bursa İpek brand via the link bursaipek.com/iletisim, which includes the necessary information to identify you in order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, and your explanations about the right specified in Article 11 of the PDPL that you request to exercise.
Pursuant to Article 4 of the PDPL, Bursa İpek has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date, when necessary. In this context, in order for Bursa İpek to fulfill its obligations arising from the applicable legislation, our customers must share their accurate and up-to-date data, when necessary, with Bursa İpek.
