Orders and Delivery

When will my order be delivered to the cargo?

You can track the date when your order will be delivered to the cargo from the My order tab in the “My Account” section.

Your orders placed until 15:00 on weekdays are shipped on the same day, and your orders placed after 15:00 are shipped the next day. 

There is no cargo shipment on public holidays and weekends (including Saturdays).

Do you deliver overseas?

We deliver to every country in the world. Delivery times for overseas may vary depending on the country.

How do I cancel my order? When will my refund amount be sent to my credit card?

You can cancel your order from the return cancellation request section from my orders section of your profile by logging in to our site as a member. Outside of the campaign period, you can cancel it by sending a message to us from the communication section or by calling us at +90 507 315 3210. If the product is not shipped, you will be refunded the same day, if the product has reached our customer and is expected to come to our company, you will be refunded after the product reaches us and is examined.

How can I see the cargo distribution status of my order that is delivered to cargo?

You can track your cargo shipment by clicking on the ’My Orders" section.

The product that I ordered arrived and has a fault. What should I do?

If you send it to us within the statute of limitations, necessary checks will be made and the product will be exchanged if it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, you have the right to replace your product with a different product or cancel your order.

Why is the invoice sent on the package?

Legally, there is an obligation to send the invoice for your order on the package.

Are VAT included in the product prices?

VAT is included in the sale price of each product. 

Is it possible to order from overseas and have it shipped to Turkey?

We can deliver the orders to the address you specify in Turkey that you make with your credit card from abroad. 

Do you have a credit card installment option?

For your credit card orders, our installment option is possible within the framework of the opportunities provided by the contracted banks. 

Return and Order Cancellation

Can I return my order?

Provided that it has not been used and its packaging has not been damaged, you can return the products in your order, together with the invoice, within 14 days of receiving it.

How can I return my order?

In order to complete the return process, you can inform us by filling out the contact form, or you can click on the my orders tab after entering your profile by logging in with your e-mail and password from the membership login section of our bursaipek.com online store, and then you can start the return process by entering your reason for return by clicking on the return button on the screen that appears. You must send the relevant product to us in full with the package with a counter payment. 

You can send your return cargo by forwarding the following information to the relevant personnel. If you send us the barcode label, the bag, and the invoice of the unused product you want to exchange/return about your bursaipek.com order, together with a note stating the reason for the change/return, your change/return process will be started.

How long does it take to return the product price?

All transactions related to the product that you have returned begin from the moment your product reaches us and are concluded within 1 week. All notifications about the return process are sent to your registered e-mail address. The exact time you see the refund amount on your statement may vary depending on the bank. 

If the orders created within the scope of free shipping for international orders are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the €150/$170 condition, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.

How to return the product I purchased with the installment payment option?

The entire amount of the product you purchased with the installment payment option is refunded to your credit card. The refund is made within the framework of your bank's return conditions and can be reflected on your card in installments.
